Sous Chef

The Role
As our Sous Chef, youll play a key role in leading the kitchen alongside our Head Chef. Youll help design and deliver outstanding dishes, maintain high standards of quality and presentation, and ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.
Responsibilities
Support the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management
Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver consistent excellence
Assist in menu development and daily specials
Manage ordering, stock control, and food cost targets
Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, health, and safety
Oversee service during busy shifts with confidence and calm
About You
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior CDP ready to step up
A genuine passion for fresh, seasonal cooking
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Positive, can-do attitude with great attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen
