The Role and Responsibilities
As our new Car Technician and Mechanic, you will focus on mechanical excellence across a variety of makes and models.
* Mechanical Excellence: Handling routine servicing, diagnostics, and general repairs.
* Precision Diagnostics: Logical fault-finding and complex problem-solving.
* MOT Testing: If qualified, conducting inspections to DVSA standards.
* Quality Control: Ensuring every job is completed to a professional, "fixed-first-time" standard.
* Teamwork: Working alongside a friendly crew in a clean, organized environment.
What You Will Need
* Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 (NVQ/IMI or equivalent).
* Experience: Proven workshop experience as a Technician or Mechanic.
* MOT License: Highly beneficial and will be reflected in your pay, but not essential.
* Essentials: A full UK Driving License and a reliable, professional attitude.
