Governors at St Julian’s School are looking to appoint a dynamic and experienced Teacher of physical education to join our vibrant PE department

We are seeking a qualified, innovative and creative teacher who can work effectively in our school to provide quality learning experiences and raise standards of attainment in the PE department.

The successful applicant will be a specialist in physical education. They will have high expectations of learners to ensure they achieve their full educational potential.

Our PE department offers a comprehensive curriculum across all three key stages.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our school which has high expectations and a determined focus on ensuring the best education for our students.

You are asked to give the names of two referees, one of which should be your current employer. We will contact the referees of short-listed candidates prior to the interview.

The successful applicant will be expected to undergo an enhanced disclosure check with the Disclosure and Barring Service prior to commencing employment.

Interview: Thursday 25 June 2026

Start Date: Flexible and open to PGCE students, as well as, experienced teachers.
