We are looking for a Senior Benefits Administrator, Service Excellence, BXT to ensure the smooth delivery of global Benefits Administration Operations, with a focus on equity-stock compensation programs. Position Responsibilities
1. Project Management and Communications:
* Review and audit reports related to Employee Stock Plan, ensuring accuracy.
* Manage program stakeholders to operationalize stock program administration.
* Work closely with vendors and stakeholders to ensure updated data and reports.
* Ensure processes are completed on time according to SLAs.
* Participate in cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
* Identify customer-impacting issues and implement solutions to enhance satisfaction.
* Create SOPs, process maps, and SIPOC diagrams.
* Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
1. Qualifications:
* 4+ years experience in Benefits Administration, preferably in financial or equity compensation.
* Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in processing.
* Experience supporting program management, including transitions and vendor management.
* Ability to leverage data to improve associate experience and vendor delivery.
* Maintain updated SOPs and documentation.
* Track and analyze program metrics for performance improvement.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure compliance with legal and scope-of-work requirements.
Basic Qualifications
* 4+ years human resources experience.
* 3+ years proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
* Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
* 4+ years in human resources functions.
* Knowledge of HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems.
* Experience with Payroll Systems and HRIS.
