We are currently recruiting for a Customer Liaison Executive to join our Revive team. As a Customer Liaison Executive, you will contact customers who have recently visited or spoken to any of our dealerships about a deal on a new or used vehicle. Your role involves following up on their visit, understanding what we did well, identifying reasons they didn’t purchase, and assisting our dealerships to convert inquiries into sales.
The role involves working 42 hours per week, from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm Monday to Thursday, and 9:30 am to 4:00 pm on Friday. You will also work every 2nd Saturday from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm.
We offer a competitive basic salary with an OTE of £31,266.
We are interested in candidates with previous contact centre experience, excellent customer service skills, and sales experience. Motor Trade experience is advantageous but not essential.
