£39,000 package (£33,000 basic + approx. £6,000 service)

Chef de Partie role across multiple kitchens within the estate
Cooking modern British, seasonal menus with a strong farm-to-plate ethos

The Ideal Chef
Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi CDP
Passion for seasonal, ingredient-led cooking
Comfortable working to high standards in busy services
Positive, team-focused and keen to develop
Location Rural countryside setting near Lechlade, accessible from Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds .
