Salary: £40k (DOE) plus commission
About the Role
Our Hinckley based client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Manager to lead and coach a high-performing telesales team. Your mission: drive appointment generation and upsell opportunities for our client's field-based sales team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and motivate a telesales team of up to 16 individuals.
* Deliver daily coaching sessions using measurable KPIs for continuous improvement
* Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and sales performance.
* Drive activity through floor-walking, high-energy briefs, and creative incentives.
* Continuously improve conversion rates and team productivity.

This position is based full time in Hinckley Monday - Friday 8.30am-5pm (no hybrid options will be considered).
