Key Responsibilities of the Grounds Maintenance Operative:
* Carry out grass cutting using strimmers, pedestrian mowers, and ride-on mowers with trailers (full training provided).
* Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of all sites
* Operate, maintain, and care for vehicles and equipment
* Perform hedge cutting, shrub and border maintenance, pruning, and leaf clearance
* Undertake landscaping and environmental improvement works, including turfing, seeding, and planting
* Work safely at all times, complying with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements of the Grounds Maintenance Operative:
* Ideally looking for gardening/landscaping experience.
* Full UK driving licence to get to site.
* Experience with ride-on mowers, strimmers, and hedge cutters is an advantage but not essential.
* Competent and confident in towing a trailer is an advantage.
* Health and safety awareness through training and experience.
* Good interpersonal skills and ability to follow instructions.
* be comfortable with manual work in all weather conditions.
