Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with Product Owners and key business stakeholders based in the UK to define scope and business objectives. Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on requirements and deliverables Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Lead and execute requirement capture sessions with business teams. Translate business needs into well-defined specifications and requirement rules within the Pega platform. Ensure all requirements are accurately documented and traceable. Agile Delivery: Write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Validate test scenarios and ensure they meet the definition of ready. Review implemented stories and provide feedback for enhancements Continuous Collaboration: Conduct elaboration sessions and Show & Tell demos to stakeholders. Liaise with business teams to clarify new requirements and ensure mutual understanding. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience in delivering Pega BPM solutions as a Lead Business Analyst. Strong understanding of Pega Specification and Requirement Rules. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with UK-based clients. Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Ability to write clear, concise, and testable user stories.
