Are you passionate about making a difference in young peoples lives? This specialist setting in Islington is looking for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support students aged 14:19 with autism and associated behaviours.
What the role offers:

Work with KS4 and KS5 learners in small class sizes

Support students with Autism and behavioural needs

Focus on vocational courses : helping prepare students for life beyond school
*
Build strong, trusting relationships to promote positive behaviour and engagement

Work closely with teaching staff, therapists, and pastoral teams
What were looking for:

Experience working with young people with SEN, autism, or behavioural challenges
*
Resilient, patient, and empathetic approach
*
Ability to de:escalate situations and support positive behaviour strategies
*
A team player who can also work independently
*
Background in youth work, mentoring, or care is highly valued
