We are growing and seeking a Vice President to join our team in Europe (working 100% remote or out of our London office).

We are looking for someone who:
* Has expert understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, medical affairs, and health technology assessment, demonstrated by relevant publications
* Experience overseeing evidence synthesis and economic model development
* Ability to propose solutions tailored to research questions
* Clear communication skills for diverse audiences
* Business development acumen and proactive opportunity identification
* Collaboration across business units
Daily responsibilities include:
* Leading multiple projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets
* Developing recommendations, managing risks, and making final decisions
* Reviewing and approving deliverables
* Maintaining client relationships as a subject matter expert
* Mentoring and developing team members
* Strategic planning and resource management
* Supporting team communication and morale
* Contributing to proposals and presentations
* Building trusted client partnerships and driving growth
* Hiring and business growth planning
* Travel may be required
Qualifications:
* 15+ years’ experience in HEOR, business development, or leadership
* Master’s degree in health economics, public policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, or related field
* Experience managing research teams
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
