Your Role
Join Henkel’s Adhesive Technologies team as a Graduate Business Planner.
You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Category, Customer Service, Logistics and Supply Planning.
You will gather in-depth insights to identify and implement improvement projects, such as service level performance, forecast accuracy & bias, and inventory.
You will make an impact by playing a key role in Business Planning projects.
Maintain certain master data while supporting the underlying SAP systems.
Develop, network and build relationships with the Business Planning and Supply Chain Operations team.
To gather in-depth insights into managing a multi-dimensional global FMCG company.
Your Skills
You should graduate (before September 2025 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor, Masters (or equivalent) degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or any related field
Enthusiasm for FMCG and Supply Operations
Strong IT skills; excellent knowledge of MS Office tools especially Excel
SAP is an advantage
A data driven mind with strong analytical skills
Ability to work on own initiative and be a proactive team member
Exceptional attention to detail, excellent organisation, and communication skills
An enthusiastic, dynamic and creative team-player thinking in solutions
