We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Investment Broker to join our growing investment sales team in Epsom, Surrey. This is a high-performance role focused on pitching investment opportunities to prospective clients over the phone and closing deals.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, brokerage, or financial services, with proven experience converting leads into high-value investments. You will be responsible for building relationships with potential investors, presenting our company’s investment products, and consistently achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively contact prospective investors via outbound calls and warm leads.
* Deliver compelling sales presentations of the company’s investment products.
* Build rapport and trust with clients while identifying their investment objectives.
* Close investment deals and guide clients through the onboarding process.
* Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
* Consistently achieve and exceed individual revenue and conversion targets.
* Record all interactions and deal progress in the company’s CRM system.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets and the company’s offerings.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a broker, investment sales executive, or high-value phone sales professional.
* Demonstrated track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong telephone sales and client-conversion skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
* Ability to build trust quickly with high-net-worth or prospective investors.
* Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
* Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline.
* Understanding of investment products or financial markets is highly desirable.
Preferred Experience
* Background in financial services, brokerage, wealth management, or investment sales.
* Experience selling alternative investments, equities, funds, or structured products.
* Existing client network or investor relationships is advantageous.
