Led by a highly experienced leadership team with over 40 years' industry expertise, the business continues to expand and is now seeking a Client Supply Chain Coordinator to support our fleet operations by managing relationships with vehicle hire providers and ensuring we always have the right vehicles available at the right time. You'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, controlling costs, maintaining compliance, and improving supplier performance. Responsibilities: Build strong working relationships with vehicle hire providers and act as their main point of contact. Coordinate vehicle orders, deliveries, collections, swaps, and ensure availability meets operational needs. Monitor supplier performance, track KPIs, review service levels, and resolve any issues that arise. Review hire charges and invoices, check for accuracy, and identify opportunities to reduce costs. Support procurement activity, contract renewals, and onboarding or offboarding suppliers. Track utilisation, downtime, and fleet activity, escalating problems when needed.
