What you'll be doing:
You will ensure Parts Manager duties are completed effectively, managing and maintaining inventory of all parts, tools, and consumables for plant and machinery.
Ensuring the timely ordering, receiving, and stocking of parts to support maintenance and repair operations.
Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to secure the best pricing, availability, and delivery terms.
Monitoring stock levels and implementing robust control procedures to minimise downtime.
Collaborating with workshop and service teams to accurately forecast future parts requirements.
Maintaining accurate records of parts usage, purchases, and stock levels using inventory management systems.
What you'll need to succeed:
Proven experience working on Syrinx software is desirable.
A background within the Plant, Agriculture, Powered Access, Crane, or Forklift sector.
Strong organisational and negotiation skills.
The ability to effectively supervise stock and inventory.
