Responsibilities: We develop, maintain, and support a high-volume automated case management system used across our operational services. We deliver system enhancements and support live production environments. We investigate and resolve complex production issues and recurring system problems. We support workflow-driven case processing and rules-based system behaviour. We use SQL and T-SQL to analyse system behaviour, optimise performance, and implement controlled fixes. We produce clear technical documentation and accurate delivery estimates. We manage multiple development tasks while maintaining quality and deadlines. We build strong knowledge of our supported systems to improve troubleshooting and enhancement activities. We collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical decisions and solution design. We adapt to changing business requirements with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
