Overview

We’re seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our Learning & Talent Development (L&TD) team as an apprentice. Be part of Publicis Sapient’s transformative learning initiatives and support our mission to ignite a learning culture across the organization.

In this Learning Operations role, you'll assist with the end to end running of internal learning programmes. Including working closely with learning strategists and business stakeholders to plan and implement learning programs that make a tangible impact, crafting and maintaining learning communications, learning events management, vendor management, and supporting the maintenance of standard operating procedures, contributing to process improvements and quality standards.

Responsibilities

* Engagement and Communication – Assist in managing team communications, including our monthly learning newsletter, MS Teams channel posts, and learner growth stories.
* Stakeholder Support– Work with learning strategists and business stakeholders to facilitate smooth coordination and running of learning programs.
* Vendor and Financial Support– Partner with Financial Operations and Procurement to help empanel, track and renew vendor partnerships.
* Project Coordination– Support team meeting organization, including invites, agendas, and scheduling of facilitators. Assist in annual team offsite or workshop coordination.
* Learning Evaluation Support– Assist with reporting on program status, learning metrics, and business impact.
* Operational Support– Assist in scheduling, room allocation, and logistics management for learning initiatives.
* Procedure Maintenance– Help implement and maintain standard operating procedures for consistency and quality.
* Compliance and Monitoring– Help ensure compliance with company policies and track training attendance and metrics.
* Data Management– Support data accuracy within the LMS and other systems, including user setup and recordings.
* External Liaison– Work with external training providers to help coordinate training sessions.


Qualifications

* A positive and proactive mindset towards learning; staying curious, eagerness for growth, and open to feedback.
* Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
* Strong attention to detail and focus on data accuracy and process efficiency.
* Effective communication skills to support collaboration with teammates, stakeholders and partners.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

* Familiarity with basic data analysis.
* Interest in communications or marketing tools.
* Proficiency in other languages.
