The Role
1. Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions that power products no one else is building
2. Maintain and optimize existing bots for scalability and efficiency
3. Monitoring bot up-time and debugging failed registrations to see where improvements to RPA flows can be made
4. Work closely with the support team to troubleshoot automation issues and failures
5. Develop improvements to bot management using MDM and virtual machine tools, allowing efficient roll out of changes to bot setup
6. Spot and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual work, helping scale as they grow
Your Profile
7. A problem-solver who can quickly debug complex issues
8. Skilled at breaking down intricate processes to identify automation opportunities
9. Passionate about RPA and automation
10. Able to communicate automation logic clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
11. Detail-oriented, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy in automation workflows
12. Hold a STEM degree from a top university
