The Role
* Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions that power products no one else is building
* Maintain and optimize existing bots for scalability and efficiency
* Monitoring bot up-time and debugging failed registrations to see where improvements to RPA flows can be made
* Work closely with the support team to troubleshoot automation issues and failures
* Develop improvements to bot management using MDM and virtual machine tools, allowing efficient roll out of changes to bot setup
* Spot and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual work, helping scale as they grow
Your Profile
* A problem-solver who can quickly debug complex issues
* Skilled at breaking down intricate processes to identify automation opportunities
* Passionate about RPA and automation
* Able to communicate automation logic clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Detail-oriented, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy in automation workflows
* Hold a STEM degree from a top university
