Mission
This role exists to help customers adopt M365 and Copilot in a practical, human and repeatable way. Our pipeline is growing quickly, and we need someone who can support several customer engagements at once, deliver clear training remotely and build trust with stakeholders who are still finding their feet with new tools.
What you will deliver in your first 6–12 months
• Run remote customer sessions that build confidence in SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and Copilot
• Guide stakeholders through simple adoption and change approaches that remove friction
• Shape and deliver repeatable content that makes technology feel accessible
• Manage multiple short, tactical projects (typically 3 to 14 weeks) at the same time
• Surface quick wins that help customers see immediate value
• Build trusted relationships with champions and end users across a wide range of sectors
• Contribute ideas that improve how we work, the materials we use and the experience customers get
Essentials
• Strong working knowledge of M365, especially SharePoint and Copilot
• Experience in an adoption or change‑focused role
• Confident presenting to customers and delivering engaging content remotely
• Calm, clear communicator who can get people genuinely interested in technology
• Strong soft skills: listening, empathy, organisation and stakeholder management
• Willingness to learn. We can teach the technical detail, but curiosity is essential
