Overview
We are keen to attract Clinical Support Workers for a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment within our Emergency Departments (Majors, Minors, Resus, Triage, and the Clinical Decision Unit). We pride ourselves on having an integrated, friendly and welcoming team.
Responsibilities
* Care for patients across Majors, Minors, Resus, Triage, and the Clinical Decision Unit (CDU).
* Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, using initiative and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Receive mentorship and clinical supervision within the unit, supporting professional development.
* Participate in regular training days and collaborate with the Department’s Matrons.
Qualifications
* Minimum GCSE level English and Maths grade C or 4, or equivalent functional skills.
* Care Certificate and/or NVQ2 in health and social care, or willingness to work towards these qualifications.
* Hospital experience is desirable but not essential.
