Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Children’s Social Worker to join its client’s Referral and Assessment team based in Swindon.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will:
1. Conduct statutory assessments and child protection investigations.
2. Develop and implement Child in Need or Child Protection Plans.
3. Support children and families through community services and the Family Intervention and Support Service.
4. Work within the Family Safeguarding Model to help children remain safely within their families.
5. Participate in a duty rota every 5 weeks as part of a POD structure.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
13. Social Work England registration
14. Eligible to work in the UK
15. Hold a full UK driving licence
16. Post-qualified experience
17. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work

19. Strong strengths-based and child-centred approach.
20. Effective assessment, planning, and direct work skills.
21. Fluent in English (Part 7 of the Immigration Act requirement)
