Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Leeds
Salary: Up to £35,000
Elevation Recruitment Group's Procurement & Supply Chain division are proud to be working in partnership with a leading Manufacturer in their search for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team at their Leeds site.
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient stock control, health and safety compliance, and strong team leadership. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in warehouse management who is looking for a hands-on role within a supportive and growing organisation.

Key duties of the Warehouse Supervisor will include:
• Managing the warehouse team to ensure daily operational targets are met
• Planning and coordinating warehouse staffing and workload
• Overseeing supplier deliveries and ensuring quality standards are met
• Coordinating daily stores kitting to support production schedules
• Maintaining and updating the warehouse training matrix
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation across all warehouse areas
• Participating in daily production meetings and stock takes
• Supporting lean and continuous improvement initiatives
• Performing hands-on warehouse tasks as needed
Key Skills & Experience Required:
• Valid Counterbalance licence
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and stock control
• Proven team leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Ability to prioritise and manage workloads in a fast-paced environment
