Proven experience leading projects and managing teams across multiple sectors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional presentation and strong organisational ability. Current membership (or eligibility for membership) of a relevant professional body. Proficiency in AutoCAD and design calculation software. Full, clean driving licence and access to transport. As an Electrical Design Engineer: Lead the design and project delivery of mechanical and/or electrical building services across a range of sectors. Oversee projects from early planning and design stages through to commissioning and handover. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a top-quality, client-focused service. Manage and coordinate teams, supporting and mentoring junior engineers. Contribute to innovation in sustainable design, building performance, and digital workflows. Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality standards. The Package: Salary will be DOE, but you can expect a salary of at least €75,000 plus package to and more.
