Are you an experienced Service Engineer looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver high-quality technical and application support for a portfolio of advanced equipment across the UK and Ireland. This is a Field Sales role so must be happy to travel and manage your own diary. Our Clients Head Office is based in Milton Keynes so within an hour radius is ideal.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Installing high-precision equipment to manufacturer standards.
* Providing hands-on customer training to ensure effective and safe use of equipment.
* Diagnosing and repairing systems both at customer locations and in-house.
* Delivering technical support via phone, email, or in person.
* Staying up to date with the latest product developments and service updates.
* Completing service records, reports, and administration accurately and on time.
* Identifying and passing on potential sales opportunities.
* Travelling extensively throughout the UK and Ireland, including occasional air travel.
* Supporting wider service team activities and contributing to departmental success.
What We’re Looking For
* At least 5 years’ experience in a multi-disciplinary service engineering role (essential).
* Strong technical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, "can-do" approach.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Comfortable managing a varied workload and adapting to changing schedules.
* Full, clean UK driving licence.
* Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.).
Your Week Might Include
* Daily: Reviewing service schedules, completing priority jobs, updating reports.
* Weekly: Checking service bulletins and restocking consumables.
* Monthly: Submitting expenses and inspecting tools, replacing as needed.

* Competitive salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience).
