What the Job Involves This role involves triaging incoming safeguarding referrals to determine if they meet the threshold for enquiry and deciding the next steps to mitigate risks. You will formulate and implement protection plans by collaborating with professionals, families/carers, and external agencies. Your responsibilities also include addressing challenging situations such as self-neglect and domestic abuse.
