As
Night Team Leader RVN
, you'll work closely with the Head Nurse to support and lead the nursing team during the nights, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and client service. You'll play a key role in implementing CVS nursing standards, fostering a culture of professionalism and compassion, and driving continuous improvement across the practice whilst working nights.
This Is a Hands-on Leadership Role Where You'll
* Lead by example in clinical excellence and customer service
* Support the integration and development of the nursing team
* Manage rotas, inductions, training, and performance reviews
* Ensure compliance with clinical governance, health & safety, and RCVS standards
* Promote a culture of wellbeing, education, and continuous professional development
* Deputise for the Head Nurse and contribute to strategic planning and operational delivery
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a confident and capable RVN who:
* Is registered with the RCVS
* Has experience in leading or managing a team
* Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Is passionate about coaching and developing others
* Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Is proficient in Microsoft Office and practice systems
* Is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and client service
