Qualifications & Experience
* Two years' professional experience using AutoCAD, with a strong understanding of drafting standards and best practices.
* Experience with creating and managing parametric blocks is preferred.
* Familiarity with Revit, BIM 360, and Navisworks is highly advantageous.
* Autodesk certification in AutoCAD and Revit is preferred.
* Ideally experienced in Bolster to record compliance, although training will be given.
General Overview (Responsibilities)
* Perform a variety of minor design/drafting/space planning, room moves and minor building works.
* Establish guidelines and procedures for CAD data management.
* Establish filing guidelines for drawings to maintain up-to-date drawings.
* Survey and update existing as-built drawings.
* Prepare, update and validate installation drawings for small projects and variations.
* Revise and update existing drawings reflecting design changes in collaboration with Lifecycle and Capital delivery teams to ensure consistent documentation of the projects.
* Convert drawings to DWG format.
* Upload and maintain the Bolster system.
* Ensure documentation is held for all aspects of the O&M manuals.
* Update and maintain electronic filing systems.
* Maintain notes, design calculations and other documentation (such as drawings, bill of materials, list of design parameters, and performance guarantees) for future reference.
* Review and modify information with supervision by the Project and Planning Managers (both Equans and client side).
* Maintain and update the asset database to ensure accurate asset details are maintained.
