Sous Chef at Peach Pubs. Location: The Swan - Salford, Bedfordshire. Salary: £35,000 - £35,500 per annum, plus tips and profit share. A Peachy Place to Work, Learn and Grow. Responsibilities
 * Support and lead the kitchen team as Sous Chef, cooking incredible food you’ll be proud to serve.
 * Provide training to ensure the kitchen team performs at a high standard and develops in their roles.
 * Collaborate with the Head Chef to manage kitchen operations and uphold standards across menus and service.
 * Contribute to a positive team environment and maintain a sense of family and belonging within the kitchen.
 * Assist with menu development and daily planning to deliver a fresh challenge with top British produce.
Qualifications / Experience
 * Talented and enthusiastic individual with a passion for hospitality and food.
 * Commitment to training and personal development; goal to be the best Sous Chef in the area.
