A leading financial services firm is looking to hire a mid to senior employment lawyer for a 6-month period.
The client is looking for a mid to senior level employment lawyer that can partner with their HR and ER teams as well as the broader business, dealing with employment advisory, contentious matters, complex employment contracts and employment regulatory matters (FCA Rules, SMCR) in a financial services context and a coverage of the UK and Continental Europe (principally France, Madrid, Dubai).
They are looking for someone who can integrate quickly and build good relationships with the business and other internal stakeholders in an exciting and fast paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be someone with leading City law firm training and ideally in-house experience (and anything in FS in a bank or other broker firm would be invaluable).
The role would be full time and with a hybrid working pattern (usually 3 days in the office and two days WFH).
