Hours per week: 40 hours per week Shift Pattern: 7:45pm to 7:30am; 4 nights on, 4 nights off The Role We're looking for a compassionate and proactive Support Worker to join our team and help people living in supported accommodation lead more independent, fulfilling lives. You'll work closely with professionals across social care, housing, and health services to ensure each person receives tailored, trauma-informed support that reflects their goals and strengths. In this role, you'll build trusting relationships, offer practical advice on everything from budgeting to wellbeing, and empower people to make informed decisions about their future. You'll co-create safety plans, connect individuals with external services, and maintain accurate records to ensure high-quality care.
