Are you a Manufacturing Engineer or similar looking to join a fast-growing manufacturer working within a niche and profitable industry, where you can play a pivotal role in the future growth strategy of the business?

In this hands-on role you will be split between the short floor and office based, reviewing customer requests and handling NPIs. From supervising the manufacturing process, you will diagnose any issues whilst working closely with process and systems engineering.
Founded nearly 40 years ago, this manufacturer supplies their specialist products into industries such as aerospace, automotive, and medical, with trusted clients across the globe. They have experienced unprecedented growth over recent years and have a clear direction for the future with a new site opened recently.
This role would suit a Manufacturing Engineer or similar looking for a varied, hands-on role where they are heavily involved in NPI for a long-standing and rapidly growing company.
The Role:
Involved heavily in new product introduction and streamlining processes
Overseeing manufacturing processes and diagnosing issue on the shop floor
Reviewing customer designs and requests
Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 5pm, finish at 3:30pm on Friday
The Person:
Manufacturing Engineer or similar
Understanding of CAD
