A busy and growing mortgage brokerage is seeking an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join its team.

The Role
As a Mortgage & protection Adviser you will provide expert advice across purchase remortgage and buy to let cases. You will work closely with a dedicated administrator who manages paperwork lender chasing and case progression allowing you to focus on advising clients and completing cases efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing high quality mortgage and protection advice to clients
* Identifying suitable lenders and products for each case
* Working collaboratively with administrative support to manage applications
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
* Building and maintaining long term client relationships
* Meeting performance and service standards

What We Are Looking For
* Fully CeMAP qualified
* Minimum three years experience as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser
* Proven record of delivering quality advice and achieving targets
* Strong communication and relationship building skills
* Professional ethical and self motivated approach
