REBORRN is a boutique management consulting firm. We are a hybrid of consultants and makers that help global marketing teams thrive in the digital economy. Our proprietary “58” methodology tackles complex business challenges in under three days by bringing the right people together in a focused, agile, and distraction-free environment.

We are a cross-functional team of 50 experts working across geographies to drive radical transformation through design thinking and hands-on problem-solving. Over the years, we’ve partnered with some of the world’s most influential brands, including The Coca-Cola Company, Philip Morris International, L’Oréal, Nestlé, Bayer, PUIG, and more.



Our Story

REBORRN started inLondon in 2018before expanding into a 50+ person, 12‑nationality, remote-first team that now delivers marketing‑transformation programmes across Europe, US, and beyond. Today, more than athird of our marketing‑transformation revenue is commissioned by London‑based decision‑makers - yet we’ve been serving them from afar.

We’re nowre‑establishing our London baseand hiring aHead of Growth & Client Partnerships in the UK, to write the next chapter. Think of it as building the go‑to‑market engine for a boutique that already has a proven craft, a 50+ person delivery bench, and a point‑of‑view clients love - but until now has grown mostly on referrals and repeat business.

If you can connect with people, win business, and stay close enough to the work to defend quality, you’ll shape REBORRN UK from day one - setting revenue targets, growing the team in London, and taking a real equity stake in the story you help create.


The Mission: Re-Ignite UK - What we are aiming to achieve in the first 24months

* Win 2-4 key FMCG/CPG/Healthcare (or similar industries) clients in the UK (and beyond).
* Build and coach a2-5 person London-based consulting teamfocused on marketing transformation, org design and CX.
* Position REBORRN as a recognisedthought‑leaderin UK marketing transformation (events, podcasts, white papers, LinkedIn publications).
* Maintain≥90% client‑satisfaction NPSand generate strong word‑of‑mouth referrals.

What will your day-to-day look like?

This role is part growth driver, part client leader, part team builder. You’ll have the freedom to shape how you do it, but here are the areas that would need your attention most on a daily basis:

1. Growth & Network: You’ll own a revenue target and lead a global pipeline, shaping and closing work ranging from £50k advisory sprints to >£2m transformation programmes. You’ll tap into and expand your C-level network, especially across FMCG/CPG, Retail, Healthcare, and Finance and represent REBORRN in industry bodies, accelerators, and universities. You’ll also help build our brand by speaking and publishing on topics like Marketing Transformation.
2. Client Leadership: You’ll act as executive sponsor on key engagements, ensuring we deliver with excellence. You’ll help scope projects, coach teams, and occasionally facilitate Design Sprints (“The 58”) as a bar raiser. Most importantly, you’ll translate big client challenges into clear, actionable scopes that move the needle.
3. People & Culture: You’ll play a key role in growing our global team; hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new consultants as we expand. You’ll embed a culture of feedback, learning, and high standards, while fostering close collaboration across geographies.

You’re a natural connector of ideas, people, and opportunities. You’ve sold big, delivered smart, and led teams without needing the spotlight.

More specifically, you:

* Bring 15–20 years of total experience, including 7+ years in senior consulting roles, strategic agency work, or platform-side enterprise solution sales.
* Have a track record of closing £5m+ in new business, particularly in Marketing or Digital Transformation.
* Are deeply networked with Marketing-led organizations, with bonus points for relationships in the FMCG/CPG space.
* Are a compelling storyteller, comfortable in front of clients, on stage, in podcasts, and leading high-stakes workshops.
* Are a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and a results-oriented mindset.
* Are a natural coach who loves growing people and shaping culture, not just delivering results.

REBORRN’s Operating System

We’re hybrid by design. You’ll collaborate with team members across Europe and join important in-person sessions - client moments, design sprints, and REBORRN rituals or working sessions in our office in Athens.

* A base gross salary of £120k–£150k annually
* A new-business bonus of 7% of first-year revenue for each new client you bring in
