Work from our Tottenham Court Road office at least 1 day per week on Client Success Days (Wednesday or Thursday).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the Public Sector Client Success team of 3-5 managers, manage your own portfolio of clients, and drive service delivery, client retention, and product adoption. Responsibilities include:
* Conducting one-to-one coaching sessions with team members
* Leading quarterly reviews and personal development plans
* Fostering a culture of achievement and sharing best practices
* Maintaining knowledge of Benefits, Rewards, and Employee Engagement in the Public Sector
* Managing risks, opportunities, and client data accuracy
* Enhancing client satisfaction and NPS participation
* Driving employee activation and engagement strategies
* Handling client concerns and coordinating with internal teams
* Building long-term client relationships and managing projects
* Providing training, attending client events, and traveling as needed
Skills Required
* Experience working with Public Sector clients
* Proven success as a Client Success Manager
* People management experience
* Understanding of Employee Engagement principles
* Strategic planning and presentation skills
* Growth mindset and adaptability
