Our client currently grows approximately 3000 acres of vegetables within a 12-mile radius. The main crop production areas are in Gosberton on some of the best arable land in the County.
The Role
They are looking for an experienced person who will be responsible for all aspects of growing their Brassica plants alongside the existing team.
Skills and Qualifications
1. Experience of horticultural plant raising.
2. Experience of chemical applications and fertilizer applications, overall plant health/disease monitoring.
3. Experience watering plants.
4. Seeding experience (Desirable).
5. Paperwork control.
6. Hold a forklift licence (Desirable, although training can be given).
7. Positive, can-do approach.
