About the Role
We are recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a fast-paced drinks manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established production team supporting warehouse and manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operating Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading vehicles
Supplying production lines with materials and packaging
Moving finished goods to storage and dispatch areas
Completing stock movements and scanning where required
Carrying out daily equipment checks
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Supporting general warehouse duties when required
Shift Pattern
This role operates on a rotating shift pattern, including:
Earlies
Mornings
Nights
(Flexibility is essential.)
Requirements
Valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB/ITSSAR or equivalent)
Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
Strong awareness of health and safety procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
