Learning Support Assistant – Primary School (Bognor Regis)

We are currently recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Bognor Regis. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children in their learning journey and make a real difference in the classroom.
About the Role:
You will work closely with pupils across Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2, supporting their academic, social, and emotional development. The role may include working 1:1 with children with additional needs, as well as providing general classroom support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support pupils in accessing the curriculum and staying engaged in lessons
* Assist with classroom activities, group work, and interventions
* Provide 1:1 support for children with SEN or additional needs
* Work collaboratively with teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored support
* Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
What We're Looking For:
* Experience working with children (school or childcare setting preferred)
* A patient, nurturing and proactive approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
