* Drafting, negotiating, and advising on energy contracts, especially Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), procurement, and energy supply agreements.
* Handling EPC contracts, including drafting, negotiation, and dispute management in energy construction projects.
* Knowledge of UK and EU energy regulations and policies to ensure compliance.
* Experience in Oil & Gas, Renewables (Wind, Solar, Hydrogen), LNG, and familiarity with Carbon Capture technology is advantageous.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive approach, and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
