We're currently looking for a Digital Learning Manager on a full-time fixed term basis, until 31st March 2026. This position sits within the Innovation in Learning and Assessment team and we are flexible on the location of this role. The Digital Learning Manager will support the design, development and implementation of ACCA's student focussed support activities and associated suite of resources. The role holder will ensure that the voice of the customer is reflected throughout product development and ensure that the product suite is delivered to established parameters, ensuring a best-in-class experience for all learners. The roleholder will be responsible for driving innovation and performance insights across ACCA student support activities, facilitating continuous improvement to both student engagement and outcomes - helping to inform ACCA's broader educational support strategy. The Job Reporting to the Head of Learning, on a day-to-day basis, you'll be involved in the following activities: Manage product lifecycle, implementing strategic plans and creating innovative tactical solutions based on insights and student needs Manage new product build and existing product updates as part of an agile build process on third party learning platforms Review and report performance including pricing, enrolments, engagement and operational product metrics Be an expert with respect to the customer, market and the competition Develop customer and market requirements into products and services, built upon research and understanding of target market segments Understand the data structures of ACCA student support activities and use this to develop learning from customer behaviour Work with learner experience, technology, content teams and other internal experts and external third parties to design and develop new products and interventions Support the development of the core positioning and messaging for the products, which accurately reflects the features and benefits Work with student support team members and relationship team colleagues to develop and monitor forecasts and other key metrics The Person We're looking for someone who is/has: Sound understanding of ACCA market dynamics and knowledge of key progression challenges within each ACCA region Be adept to agile and lean product development approaches A problem-solving approach, with strong analytic and decision-making abilities Excellent knowledge of content curation and product development processes Demonstrated success defining and launching best-in-class digital products Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal Interest in AI, big data and predictive analytics Knowledge and experience of trends in learning and education technologies Must be a team player and able to work with and through others Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority Able to work effectively at all levels in the organisation Effective time management, organisational, and leadership skills Our benefits We strive to create an environment where you can prioritise your wellbeing and so have designed our benefits to give you the power to do so.
