What You’ll Be Doing Recruiting .Software Development contractors for roles across a broad and active client base. Managing and growing relationships with existing accounts while building out your own network. Leveraging a well-maintained CRM and working alongside experienced consultants. Running the full 360 contract recruitment process – sourcing, pitching, closing, and managing placements. Keeping up with tech trends and building your brand in the .NET and broader Microsoft tech ecosystem. What We’re Looking For 18 months’ experience in recruitment or B2B sales. A desire to move into contract IT recruitment (experience in tech recruitment is a bonus, but not essential). Confident communicator with a natural ability to build rapport and close deals. Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. What’s On Offer Base salary up to £40,000 depending on experience.
