We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Manager, with a proven track record in the FMCG space or similar, to join their team in this brand-new role based in Hertfordshire. This role offers some flexible working with 2 days per week in the office and travel to client sites across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the FMCG sector to drive growth and increase market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Increase awareness of the brands capability across target sectors. Developing and closing a pipeline of opportunities through cold calling, lead generation and prospecting. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to create and implement effective go-to-market strategies.
