Our client is a well-established business based in Shrewsbury. They are looking for an Accounts Assistant to primarily focus on the transactional/processing duties.
As Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:
* Sales Ledger.
* Purchase Ledger.
* Bank Reconciliations.
* Credit Control.
* Providing other general accounts/admin support as required.
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will need to be confident using accounting software and MS Office – Outlook, Excel, Word etc. You will need to be very organised with good attention to detail. You will also need to be a strong communicator and confident chasing outstanding debt by phone and email.
