DNA Recruit are partnering with a Global Creative Agency working across Social, PR, Experiential, and Influencer Marketing, who are looking for a Business Director to join their team on a contract basis, with the possibility to move into a permanent role. Responsibilities: Act as the senior point of contact for key clients, managing relationships and ensuring strategic alignment. Lead the development and execution of integrated campaigns across Social, PR, Experiential, Influencer, and Partnerships. Oversee commercial planning, budgets, and resourcing to maximise profitability. Provide strategic guidance to clients, shaping briefs and campaign direction. Ensure delivery excellence, balancing creative ambition with practical solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to foster a high-performing, cohesive agency culture. Track performance metrics and provide insight-led recommendations for growth. Requirements: Must come from a leading social-first agency. Extensive experience managing senior clients and leading multi-channel campaigns. Strong commercial acumen and experience in budget management. Strategic thinker with creativity and a passion for social and culture-driven campaigns. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment. Salary: £75K-£80K Location: London/Hybrid Reference: AW11781 This contract role is due to start in September 2025, initially running until December 2025, with the opportunity to convert to permanent.
