Electrical Maintenance Engineer Double Day Shifts

£43 - £48,000 per year (plus weekly production bonus and overtime opportunities)
Double Day Shift Pattern (05:3014:00 and 13:3022:00), Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
* Provide advanced diagnostics and resolution during electrical breakdowns
* Ensure timely maintenance and repair of faults
* Drive best practices in electrical safety, compliance, and preventative maintenance
* Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to minimise downtime and support continuous improvement initiatives
* Maintain accurate documentation and records for electrical systems, projects, and interventions
Candidate Requirements
* Strong electrical engineering background with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance
* Excellent fault-finding, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Proactive, organised, and dependable approach to both leadership and engineering tasks
* Solid knowledge of:
o Electrical fault finding (I/O, xsngvjr control panels, sensors)
o 3-phase and single-phase AC/DC systems
o PLC-based systems (Siemens, Mitsubishi desirable)
o Quality control vision systems
o Industrial automation and safety protocols
* Completion of a recognised Electrical Engineering Apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
