We are seeking a talented Senior Interior Designer to join a highly regarded international design studio, delivering exceptional mixed-use hospitality and residential projects across the Middle East.
This is a key role within a collaborative team, offering the opportunity to lead concept-driven design and see projects through to completion on a global stage. You will play an integral part in shaping high-end, design-led environments that respond to cultural and contextual influences.
Responsibilities:
* Lead interior design projects from concept through to completion across hospitality and residential sectors
* Develop innovative design concepts, mood boards, FF&E schemes, and detailed design packages
* Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery
* Manage client relationships and present design proposals with confidence
* Oversee junior designers, providing mentorship and design direction
* Ensure all work meets project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
* Contribute to design strategy and studio-wide creative development
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Senior Interior Designer within hospitality and/or residential projects
* At least 8 years experience
* Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end, concept-led design work
* Experience working on Middle East projects or within international markets
* Proficient in Revit, Rhino, Sketchup and Adobe Suite
* Strong FF&E knowledge and technical detailing skills
* Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
* Ability to lead projects and manage multiple deadlines effectively
