Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Dronfield
Shift:Monday to Thursday (6am-4pm)
Salary: £37,000
We are currently working with a well established UK engineering and manufacturing business who are looking for a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineerto join their busy engineering team in Dronfield.

The Role
This is a hands on position within the tool room, responsible for the manufacture, repair, and maintenance of precision tools, jigs, fixtures, and components. The successful candidate will play a key role in keeping production operations running smoothly by delivering high quality engineering work independently.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain, repair, and sharpen tooling, jigs, and fixtures
* Inspect parts and components to ensure they meet quality standards
* Work from engineering drawings, sketches, or instructions to manufacture components
* Manage workload independently to meet deadlines while maintaining a clean and safe workspace
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience operating manual lathes, milling machines, and surface grinders
* CNC machining experience, ideally with Fanuc and Prototrak controls
* Ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D engineering drawings
* Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality
