* Managing insurance claim payment process from instigation stage to completion
* Ensuring that insurance claims are submitted with payee information clearly stated
* Dealing with any corrections required prior to the transmission of electronic claims
* Tracking claims from instigation stage through to successful payment to client
* Monitoring any denials and rejections of claims and informing claimant of outcome
* Processing payments received from Insurers and recording details on accounts system
