Looking for a role where you can make a real difference every single day?
We're working with a fantastic high-needs school in Westerhope that is looking for a compassionate, resilient, and enthusiastic SEND Support Assistant to join their team this September.
This is more than just a classroom support role. It's an opportunity to help children build confidence, develop independence, and celebrate achievements that others might overlook.
The school supports pupils with a range of complex needs, including Autism, ADHD, communication and interaction difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health needs. The team prides itself on creating a nurturing environment where every child feels safe, understood, and valued.
Whether you’ve worked in schools, care settings, youth work, residential support, or you’re looking to begin a career in SEND, we’d love to hear from you.
This is a setting where relationships come first. Staff work together to create an environment where pupils can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
No two days are the same, but every day is rewarding. You’ll be joining a team that supports one another, shares successes, and understands the importance of the work they do.
