We’re searching for a Senior Recruitment Consultant with 4+ years of proven experience in their recruitment sector, specialising predominantly in the contract market, and with a track record of consistent billing and client acquisition. What You’ll Be Doing • Taking full ownership of your desk, with the freedom to develop your niche • Driving new business development, building lasting relationships with clients • Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle - from BD to candidate placement • Acting as a strategic partner to clients in building out contract teams • Helping define and improve internal processes as we grow • Contributing to the startup's commercial and cultural foundations
What You’ll Bring • 4+ years experience in recruitment within your chosen sector • A strong focus and success record in the contract market • Demonstrated business development ability, including new client wins and revenue growth • A self-starter mindset - you don't wait to be told what to do; you make things happen • Comfort operating in a start-up environment - agile, scrappy, and ambitious • Bonus: Experience working in international markets (e.g., USA, Europe) • Strong commercial acumen, resilience, and a long-term growth mentality
