Your role in elevating the East Midlands

Responsibilities
* Supporting HR colleagues and hiring managers with a broad range of HR activities including recruitment, system implementation, payroll and workforce planning.
* Inputting accurate HR, resourcing and recruitment data onto our systems.
* Acting as a first point of contact for general HR and payroll queries.
* Supporting the creation and sharing of documents, data and reports.
* Proactively suggesting and supporting process changes.
* Providing general HR support, as required, and participating in HR projects and initiatives.
Your profile
Qualifications
* As a minimum, some previous HR experience; it is helpful if you have HR qualifications. Other backgrounds will be considered if your skills and experience are relevant.
* Experience delivering good quality administration, support and/or customer service.
* HR administration experience.
* Good teamwork, communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build effective relationships with internal colleagues and external partners.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work at pace.
* Attention to detail and pride in accuracy and high standards.
* Proven ability to achieve goals and overcome challenges.
* An enthusiastic, flexible and proactive approach.
* An appreciation of discretion and confidentiality.
* A genuine commitment to diversity and inclusion.
* A good standard of general education, and demonstrable English, IT and numerical skills. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and databases.
